On December 7th, local time, the main building of the AC Marriott Hotel project in Guyana was successfully topped out by Dejian International Caribbean, which marks a milestone achievement in project construction.

AC Marriott Hotel is a world-renowned brand hotel chain which located near Ogle Airport in Georgetown, Guyana. It covers a total area of 14,714 square meters, including the main building's guest rooms, open swimming pool, restaurant, and the auxiliary building's shopping center, casino, outdoor supporting facilities, roads, parking lot, landscape greening, and etc.

To avoid construction during the rainy season, the project team, with the goal of “setting milestones, racing against time, reducing costs, and improving efficiency”, proactively organized resources, identified potential adverse factors that could affect the construction schedule, developed response measures, and implemented process control based on the pouring time of each layer of concrete. By adjusting resource allocation and assigning tasks to different shifts, the main building was successfully toppled in just 72 days, demonstrating Dejian International’s efficient construction performance and management capabilities to the owner and the external world.

The successful completion of the main building at AC Marriott Hotel effectively guarantees the start of the project's later decorating works and support to the project duration. The project team has always adhered to the core principle of "to make achievements with morality,to realize success with credit", strictly enforcing the project performance, and striving to deliver a satisfactory project to the client.
