On the morning of November 18, the Phase II 11# Building of Shanghe Zhonghe Jinlinfu High-Rise Residential Project undertaken by Shandong Dejian International Economic and Technical Cooperation Co., Ltd was capped successfully, which is the company's first other city project beyond the headquarters locating city and the first fabricated assembly construction project.
The total construction area of Shanghe Zhonghe Jinlinfu High-Rise Residential Project is about 74,974.34 square meters, including eleven buildings, including nine high-rise buildings and two fabricated assembly buildings, which are scheduled to complete in three phases. In July, three buildings in phase II were started at the same time, with one floor underground and 11 floors above the ground. The shear wall structure was adopted. The fabricated building area was 16032.88 square meters, accounting for 50% of the total implementation proportion of the project.
