Recently, Hon. Priya D. Manickchand, Minister of Education of Guyana, and her delegation visited the construction site of our Company's St. Rose High School project to assess the progress of work. Zhao Hongpeng, General Manager of The Caribbean branch, accompanied the delegation to visit with main management staff.
Up to now, our company has completed 10% of the construction tasks, which is ahead of schedule. After listening to the reports of relevant personnel and supervisors, Minister Priya has highly recognized and appreciated that we over-fulfilled the progress of our company under the double test of the Covid-19 epidemic and rainy weather. She hopes that we will continue to maintain good construction capabilities, complete the construction tasks with quality and quantity, and handover it on schedule.
St. Rose High School is a public high school that provides education for local students in grades 7-12. In order to allow students to study in the new school building as soon as possible, the construction personnel overcome the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic and heavy rains, stay up all night in spite of hardships, and contribute to the development of education of Guyana.
This project is Dejian International’s first project in Guyana, and it is also the first step to implement the company’s business strategy. If you don’t accumulate steps, you can’t reach thousands of miles. Our company strives to complete the project performance with quality and quantity and build a sample project.
