The latter wave enters the sea and never stops surging.  To help the new employees understand and integrate into the big family of Dejian International Company and to enhance their sense of belongings and establish united value and practice, our company held a reception for new employees at the afternoon on August 6th, in 2022. General Manager Li Ruiguo, Vice General Managers Xu Hongfeng and Wang Haijun, CFO Chen Ruichun and the heads of relevant departments and project departments and new employees attended the meeting with Wang Haijun as the host. 

Deputy General Manager Wang Haijun led the new employees to take the oath of entry, expressing the determination to "fulfill the duties of the post, unite with colleagues, commit to the enterprise, be diligent and pragmatic, and be innovative". After that, the new employees introduced themselves in turn and shared their feelings and gains after joining the company. The company's leadership group members in turn combined their own growth experience and work experience, they encouraged the new employees to better work together, better at summarizing, better at innovation and being competent at execution; to insist on reading books, insist on studying and learning more. They also taught all of us to work diligently, to be practical, to be down-to-earth, to be calm, to be pragmatic, to build a solid professional foundation, to seize all kinds of opportunities to learn and practice, to continuously improve the comprehensive quality, and at the same time to define the goals, to get accustom to the role change as soon as possible, to comply with all kinds of rules and regulations, to adapt to the new working environment and work rhythm, to love the job, to be courageous, to grow into an excellent personnel with progressive mind, technical skill, and down-to-earth manner.

Before the welcome meeting, to help new employees deepen their understanding of the company, the Human Resources Department organized relevant departments to conduct a learning from the development history of the company, corporate culture, basic financial knowledge and human resource management, and carried out a joyful and vigorous game of jug ball.

To enrich the spiritual and cultural life of new employees and stimulate the enthusiasm of unity and cooperation, the company organized a two-day team development activity for new employees to Jinxiang Mountain and Lehi Valley on August 8-9 in Jinan, Shandong province. Through participating in the activities, the new employees get to know each other and feel the family culture atmosphere of "united colleagueship, collective endeavor and joint creation" of Dejian International. 

As an old Chinese adage goes, “A hundred boats are competing for a thousand sails, and we are sailing on the wind and waves.” I hope the new employees will live up to the expectation of the public, carrying the courage of "I am never Peng Hao generation", the spirit of "The way to get profound knowledge and grand morality is so far that I will search them from the paradise to the hell wholeheartedly.", and the courage of "A time will come to ride the wind and cleave the waves; I’ll set my cloud-like sail to cross the sea which raves.". With the courage to set ourselves at the new starting line, we will put ourselves into the work with the spirit of upward mobility and vigor, and contribute to the development of our company.
