【Abstracts】To help new employees gain a deeper understanding of the company's development history and experience its corporate culture, and to facilitate a swift transition into their roles, Dejian International held a welcome party for new employees on the afternoon of July 28th in the fourth-floor conference room. The event was attended by company leaders, representatives from various departments and project teams, as well as over 30 new employees. The welcome party was hosted by the Chief Financial Officer, Chen Ruichun.

During the meeting, new employees took turns introducing themselves. They shared their firsthand experiences during their internship period, discussed their initial understanding of the company, and expressed their aspirations for future work and life. They also conveyed their confidence and determination to quickly integrate into the team, perform well in their roles, and strive for personal growth.
While warmly welcoming the new employees, the company leaders, taking into account the current development situation of the company, shared their personal growth experiences since their own entry into the company. They emphasized how to align personal goals with the company's development and life aspirations. Additionally, they offered several pieces of advice for the new employees regarding their future work:

Following that, a mentorship signing ceremony took place, where mentors and mentees signed agreements. Through the "mentorship" approach, the company aims to pass on its corporate spirit and business skills. Mentors expressed their commitment to nurturing their mentees into future talents for the company.
