【Abstracts】In order to fully implement the arrangements for 2024 as outlined in the report "Steadfastly Advancing Indigenization and Standardizing Compliance Management," on February 19th, Dejian International held a duty implementation report for mid-level and above personnel which attended by company executives, mid-level deputy directors and above in the form of meeting online and offline.

In order to fully implement the arrangements for 2024 as outlined in the report "Steadfastly Advancing Indigenization and Standardizing Compliance Management," on February 19th, Dejian International held a duty implementation report for mid-level and above personnel which attended by company executives, mid-level deputy directors and above in the form of meeting online and offline.

At the meeting, the executives members, all departments, overseas institutions, and domestic project leaders presented their reports in turn. Combined with their own work,they carefully analyzed profoundly then problems and deficiencies,focused on the key work in 2024, shared new ideas and plans, and mapped out new approaches and measures to demonstrate their unwavering commitment to achieving annual work targets with a spirit of solidarity and action.

After the presentations, General Manager Li Ruiguo provided comprehensive review, expressing his full affirmation of the practical measures planned by each leader for 2024. He encouraged everyone to continue striving, pressing forward, making work more clear and standardized, improving talent development across all positions, enhancing market operational vitality, and creating a fresh start for 2024.
