To further enhance employees' skills and overall competencies, strengthen core competitiveness, and foster a positive and proactive work environment, Dejian International has been actively building a talented workforce. Since April, the company has organized standardized training, examinations, and work competitions to cultivate employees who possess solid theoretical knowledge, exceptional skills, strong professional ethics, and a high sense of responsibility.
Starting from April 7th, Dejian International organized various departments to have training sessions focusing on standardized manuals. These sessions provided targeted explanations on manuals related to comprehensive management, human resources management, project management, business management, financial management, and materials management. Alongside the training, job-specific exams were conducted to assess learning outcomes. This strengthened the enforcement of the company's standardized manuals effectively and standardized daily management practices.
Meanwhile, to further motivate management personnel to "compete in learning, skills, and enthusiasm," Dejian International organized the first "Job Mastery Competition." from May 11th to June 12th.This event combined written tests and oral defense across six departments: construction technology, business operation, safety management, financial management, materials management, and translation. As a result, 10 outstanding individuals were selected as job masters.
Next, Dejian International will continue to strengthen training efforts through multiple measures, creating a positive atmosphere of "diving into business, learning technology, and becoming experts in their fields". This will continuously improve the overall professional quality and work capabilities of employees, providing talent assurance for the healthy and sustainable development of the company's overseas business.
