Hi-Speed Dejian International Branch Completes Topping-Out of Guyana Blue Bridge Hotel Phase II Project

On March 27, the Guyana Blue Bridge Hotel Phase II project, constructed by Hi-Speed Dejian International Branch, achieved its topping-out milestone, completing two months ahead of the contractual schedule. Located in Georgetown, the capital of Guyana, the project covers a total floor area of approximately forty thousand square meters. It features a sixteen-story main building along with supporting facilities such as a parking lot and swimming pool.
Upon completion, the hotel will serve as a comprehensive high-end facility integrating accommodation, dining, and entertainment. As Guyana’s tallest building, it will showcase modern amenities and premium services, welcoming guests from around the world and becoming a new landmark for the country.
