To carry forward the traditional culture of the Dragon Boat Festival, create a warm and harmonious festival atmosphere, and enrich employees’ spare-time cultural life, Hi-Speed Dejian International Branch organized a themed activity titled "Warm Dragon Boat Festival, Joy with Zongzi".
Centered on the folk culture of the Dragon Boat Festival, three team games were arranged for the event. In the fun sachet-throwing game, every throw carried sincere wishes for a safe and healthy Dragon Boat Festival. During the lucky egg-knocking game, participants rekindled childlike fun by competing in pairs, filling the venue with constant laughter.
The "Dragon Boat Festival Whisper Challenge" put teamwork to the test. As messages were passed along by whispers round after round, everyone cooperated seamlessly as one. Laughter and cheers echoed throughout the venue. Through these lighthearted and fun competitions, colleagues drew closer and deepened their friendship, creating a lively festive vibe for the Dragon Boat Festival.
Meanwhile, all overseas branches rolled out a variety of Dragon Boat Festival activities simultaneously. Local foreign employees joined Chinese staff in making fragrant sachets and wrapping zongzi. The festival served as a bond to bridge Chinese and foreign employees and spread traditional Chinese culture.
Zongzi carries cultural heritage, and gatherings warm every moment. This Dragon Boat Festival themed activity brought traditional culture into employees’ daily lives. It relieved work pressure, boosted communication among colleagues, and further strengthened the centripetal force of the team.
