On July 13, Hi-Speed Dejian International Branch convened its work summary meeting for the first half of 2026. The meeting was attended by the company’s management team, deputy and above staff from all departments, overseas institutions and domestic project departments. Wang Haijun, Deputy General Manager, presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, persons in charge of overseas institutions and managers of domestic project departments reported on the completion of work in the first half of the year, existing deficiencies and work plans for the second half of the year. Chen Ruichun, Chief Financial Officer, analyzed problems in material, capital, tax, cost and institutional management based on the company’s audit work in the first half of the year, and put forward corresponding work requirements.

After listening to all reports, Li Ruiguo, General Manager, affirmed the achievements made in the first half of the year and analyzed existing shortcomings. He pointed out that in the first half of the year, all cadres and employees of the branch closely focused on the annual work targets, strived to explore markets, strengthened project performance and improved management efficiency, achieving phased progress and laying a solid foundation for fulfilling the full-year targets. For the second half of the year, the company shall focus on the following key tasks:

  Work Safety: Stick firmly to the bottom line of work safety, deliver high-quality projects and pursue awards, strengthen closed-loop progress control, technical support and scientific & technological innovation, accelerate the construction of key projects and complete the handover of foreign aid projects.

  Market Operation: Carry out differentiated intensive development in various regions, steadily expand markets in new countries, extend the industrial chain of business and enhance core market competitiveness.

  Human Resources Management: Revise and establish a performance appraisal mechanism with strategic guidance and adaptable to current situations to guide sound and healthy corporate development. Meanwhile, prioritize recruiting key talents for international operation.

  Party Building: Push forward the implementation of Party building research projects, carry out regular warning education on Party conduct and integrity, and conduct risk inspections for integrity at key overseas posts to foster a clean and upright working atmosphere.
