Zambia local time 11th -13th of December, Wang Yuzhi, Director General of Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Shandong Province, led a delegation of 13 local Shandong enterprises for a three days investigation and exchangein Zambia. And made a special trip to Shandong Dejian Group Co., Zambia LTD to guide the work, and conducted in-depth research on the company’s projects under construction.
On the morning of December 13 of local time, Wang Yuzhi and his delegation, accompanied by Ma Zhixin, General Manager of Dejian Group, Huang Meng, Deputy General Manager of Dejian International, and Wang Hongbing, General Manager of Zambian engineering company, arrived at the office of Zambian engineering company
Wang Yuzhi and his delegation first attended the opening ceremony of the Zambian office of ShandongOverseas Engineering Construction Development Alliance, and then had a discussion and exchange with the company’s main managements.
After listening to Dejian International business development and future plans, Mr. Wang Yuzhi pointed out:Dejian Group should make full use of the geographical advantages of being located at the border of two provinces, and constantly expand to the outside through business innovation, management innovation and technological innovation; and should further integrate it into the “One Belt And One Road” initiative and unswervingly expand the achievements of “going out”.Wang Yuzhi demanded that enterprises should always put quality and safety in the first place in their external development, actively fulfill their social responsibilities and strengthen their overseas brand construction; and should set up a platform ofoverseastraining and create more and better conditions for them; Overseas personnel should love the motherland more, safeguard national interests and image, and always pay attention to what they say and do.Mr Wang said the provincial committee would continue to encourage and support local companies such as Dejian to step up “going out” and encourage Shandong companies to strengthen sincere co-operation to achieve “togetherdevelopment”.
Wang Yuzhi and his delegation people also fieldwork part of projects of Shandong Dejian Group Co., Zambia Ltd, such as Solar Powered MillingPlant and Zambia PSMFCInsurance Building Office Project. Wang Yuzhi highly praised Dejianfor its contribution to economic development and livelihood improvement in Zambia in recent years.
During the Inspection time of delegation, the Delegation hadan in-depth talking with Charles Mushota, who are Permanent Secretary of Housing and Infrastructure Development of Zambia, NMuelnga, who are commandant of Zambia National Service, James Chirwa, who are Director General of Zambia Cooperative Federation, and visited Office of Chinese Economic and Commercial Counselor in Zambia. Ma Zhixin and other key personnel accompanied the activity throughout.
Theinvestigation and exchange of this time will deepen the Zambia and in the construction of Shandong province and other areas of learning and understanding, the long-term development of Shandong local enterprises and Zambia has laid a solid foundation, and will encourage both sides to develop a broader business exchanges and cooperation, as well as the further development to provide a broader platform and solid foundation for Shandong Dejian Group Co., Ltd.
