At the afternoon of 9 December 2019, Dejian International carried out the propagation and implementation activity of‘Promote Development of the Green Construction, Expedite the Prefabricated Construction Industry’in the meeting room, 23rd floor. Members of Leading Group, Department Managersand domestic Project Managers participated in the meeting as well as managers of branches abroad through video meeting.
The General Manager - Li Ruiguo conveyed the spirit of Jin Haiyang - Chairman of Dejian Holdings, which was expressed at the special meeting of Prefabricated construction industry. Speech was made mainly from perspectives of the national& provincial &municipal policies related to prefabricated construction, the necessity to develop prefabricated construction and implementation level in the future.The key point is to establish a sense of responsibility of everyone for promoting and developing prefabricated construction industry. Mr. Li Ruiguo emphasized that based on the actual situation of Dejian International, there is a certain feasibility to promote prefabricated construction overseas. The next step is to consider how to combine domestic technology with marketingabroad in order to achieve Dejian International's better development.
Consequently, the managers of branches overseas and department managers gave their opinions and suggestions, and talked about their considerations on development of prefabricated construction industry. First of all, it is necessary to strengthen the study of prefabricated technology and combine theoretical knowledge with practical exercises so as to continuously accumulate experience. Secondly, according to conditions in different nations, we must adapt to local conditions. At present time, we are promoting PC prefabricatedconstruction in China, however steel structure prefabricated industrymight have more market shares in future abroad countries.At last, the current experience and technology are not mature. But if there’s a good chance, we could first undertake a similar project and accumulate experience while running the project, but control costand price risk have to be reasonably managed.
In the end, Mr. Li Ruiguo concluded that prefabricated construction meets the needs of national strategy and the company's long-term plan, which is the prevailing trend and irreversible. We must take it seriously from our mentality, unify our actions, learn all relevant knowledge and always be in the ‘ready to fight mode’to become a leader in the development of prefabricated industry.
