【Abstracts】On May 31st, local time, the main structure of the Douéra Housing Project, constructed by the Algerian branch of Dejian International, was successfully topped out. Situated in Douéra, Algiers Province, the project spans approximately 55,000 square meters and comprises 13 R+9 type residential buildings, totaling 494 units. Employing a comprehensive construction model involving all trades, the project integrates residential units with a three-tiered road network, forming a mixed-use complex for rental and sale.

Since entering the Algerian market in 2014, Dejian International has undertaken several projects, including 1272/7000 housing units in Douéra, 1700 units in Bouinan, and 765 units in Constantine, with a cumulative built-up area exceeding 600,000 square meters. Notably, the Douéra 1272/7000 housing project was awarded the "Taishan Cup Prize for Engineering Construction in Shandong Province" for the year 2023.
