Following the successful topping out of all main structures of the Douera housing project by the Algeria branch, on June 4th local time, with the smooth pouring of the last batch of concrete, the main structures of the Constantine ENPI housing project have also all been completed on schedule.
The project is located in Zouaghi Slimane, Constantine, with a total construction area of approximately 151,000 square meters. It includes 644 apartment units, 70 townhouses, 39 villas, commercial spaces, and VRD (roads and utilities) works, making it a comprehensive residential project. The building structures are framed with shear wall. During construction, the Algeria branch overcame challenges such as difficulties in local employees hiring and heavy rainfall during the rainy season. Through meticulous organization, scientific management, and efficient execution, the project achieved both quality and progress targets, earning high praise and trust from the client.
The successful completion of the main structures marks the project's official entry into the interior and exterior decoration and finishing stage.
