【Abstracts】To further motivate the enthusiasm of young employees, enhance team cohesion and collaboration, and ignite the passion for unity, diligence, and striving for progress, on April 27th, Dejian International organized a Youth Day themed team building activity called "Blazing Youth, I'll Be There" for young employees at the Xinghai Camping Base.
To further motivate the enthusiasm of young employees, enhance team cohesion and collaboration, and ignite the passion for unity, diligence, and striving for progress, on April 27th, Dejian International organized a Youth Day themed team building activity called "Blazing Youth, I'll Be There" for young employees at the Xinghai Camping Base.
Before the activity began, the 18 young employees were randomly divided into three teams through counting off. The team-building activity included three exciting activities: an inspiring drum performance, a bottle pitching game, and a flying disc carnival. These activities were carefully selected to embody the core themes of "teamwork" and "fun”.Members of each team collaborated with each other, striving to demonstrate their team spirit, and bringing an enthusiastic, daring, and proactive attitude to the activities.
Unity brings strength, cohesion, and productivity. Through the activity, it fostered a spirit of collaboration and unwavering determination among the young participants. Everyone expressed their intention to carry forward the unity, trust, and fighting spirit demonstrated during the activity into their regular work. With boundless enthusiasm and an unwavering spirit of perseverance, they pledged to take on responsibilities and contribute to the high-quality development of the company.
