【Abstracts】On March 26, He Peng, Economic and Commercial Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in the Republic of Congo, accompanied by Secretary Liu Yuxin, visited the construction site and camp office of the China-aided National Examination Authority Project undertaken by Hi-Speed Dejian International Branch. Project technical team members Liu Changshun and Li Min provided full accompaniment.
On March 26, He Peng, Economic and Commercial Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in the Republic of Congo, accompanied by Secretary Liu Yuxin, visited the construction site and camp office of the China-aided National Examination Authority Project undertaken by Hi-Speed Dejian International Branch. Project technical team members Liu Changshun and Li Min provided full accompaniment.
The delegation conducted field inspections of both the construction site and staff living facilities. After reviewing the project team’s report on preparatory work, site planning, and personnel deployment, Counselor He affirmed the current progress. He emphasized that the Hi-Speed Dejian team must integrate Chinese standards with local requirements while leveraging professional expertise to ensure both "China Speed" and "China Quality." Additionally, the team was urged to implement rigorous risk management protocols to safeguard personnel and assets.
Upon completion, the project will serve as a multifunctional facility for examination information release, test paper processing, degree certification, and office operations. As a new milestone in China-Congo friendship, Hi-Speed Dejian will strictly fulfill its dual mission of political commitment as a foreign aid project and engineering excellence to advance local education.
