Gathering Momentum for a New Journey | Hi-Speed Dejian International Branch Successfully Convenes 2024 Annual Summary & Recognition Conference

On the afternoon of January 17, Hi-Speed Dejian International Branch held its 2024 Annual Summary & Recognition Conference. Attendees included Xia Kai, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice Chairman of Dejian Holding Co., Ltd., and Deputy Party Secretary, Vice Chairman, and General Manager of Shandong Hi-Speed Dejian Group Co., Ltd., as well as Wang Xiangtao, Vice Chairman and General Manager of Dejian Holding Co., Ltd. The event brought together International Branch leadership, department managers, domestic office and project teams, returning management personnel, and family representatives on-site, with overseas branches joining via video link.  

Following the announcement of the Decision on Recognizing Outstanding Teams and Individuals for 2024, awards were presented to the honored groups and individuals. Liu Jingcun and Bu Yaqi, representing outstanding employees, expressed gratitude for the company’s guidance and support, pledging to uphold high standards and contribute further to overseas business growth.  

General Manager Li Ruiguo delivered a work report titled "Upholding Integrity While Innovating to Pioneer New Frontiers in Overseas Business; Leveraging Key Projects to Drive Collaborative Global Expansion." The report detailed 2024 achievements in market expansion, project execution, payment recovery, cost control, compliance, talent development, and Party-building, while outlining challenges and 2025 priorities:  
- Accelerate mergers to enhance business dynamism  
- Extend industry chains for collaborative global expansion  
- Prioritize resource allocation to key markets  
- Strengthen project delivery through three focal areas  
- Foster youth talent via four development stages  
- Enhance risk management through rigorous audits  
- Integrate Party-building with operations to boost vitality  

He emphasized that aligning with corporate goals and uniting efforts would ensure sustainable growth, with continued focus on employee welfare and overseas development under the ethos of "Shared Bonds, Collective Strength, Joint Creation." 

Wang Xiangtao acknowledged the dedication of all employees, especially frontline overseas staff, and pledged full holding-company support for mergers to propel international operations.  

Xia Kai, affirming 2024 results and 2025 plans, outlined four directives:  
- Boost confidence in integration with state-owned enterprise standards  
- Expand markets leveraging Shandong Hi-Speed’s platform  
- Strengthen foundational compliance in safety, finance, and legal affairs  
- Deepen Party-building integration with core operations  

He concluded by stressing year-end safety vigilance and responsibility fulfillment across all levels.  

Overseas branches shared New Year greetings via video, symbolizing unity.
