To fully implement the arrangements for the 2025 work outlined by the General Manager in the report titled Upholding Integrity and Innovation, Pioneering New Paths for Overseas Business; Leveraging Key Points to Drive Synergy and Internal Industry Expansion Abroad," the International Branch held a debriefing meeting for middle-level and above personnel on February 6. Attendees included members of the leadership team, as well as deputy middle-level and above personnel.
Members of the leadership team, heads of various departments, overseas institutions, and domestic project departments took turns debriefing. They reviewed their achievements, reflected on shortcomings, and planned for the future, focusing on the key tasks for 2025. They shared ideas and proposed strategies, fully demonstrating their unwavering commitment and diligent efforts to accomplish the annual work objectives.
Following the debriefing, Li Ruiguo, Party Branch Secretary and General Manager of the International Branch, provided comprehensive feedback. He fully affirmed the presentations and 2025 work initiatives of the responsible personnel and encouraged everyone to continue striving and moving forward. He emphasized the need to intensify efforts in market expansion and the recovery of outstanding project payments, streamline all tasks with greater clarity and procedural efficiency, and improve talent development across all positions, striving to create a new and promising outlook for 2025.
Building on past achievements to plan for a new chapter and uniting hearts to set out again, the International Branch will take this debriefing meeting as an opportunity to further summarize experiences, address issues, broaden perspectives, and press forward with renewed vigor. The "work plan" for 2025 will be broken down into a "daily schedule," contributing to the comprehensive advancement of the company's overseas business development.
