Hi-Speed Dejian International Branch Holds Special Training on Overseas Compliance Management

To further strengthen compliance awareness and prevent operational risks in overseas businesses, the Hi-Speed Dejian International Branch invited Lawyer Liu Zhen, a partner at the Beijing Office of JunHe Law Firm, to conduct a special training session on overseas compliance management on May 28.
During the training, Lawyer Liu Zhen explained key areas of overseas operations through policy interpretation, analysis of classic cases, and practical guidance. The topics covered included overseas anti-corruption requirements and typical cases, compliance management in market development, bidding and contract performance, compliance construction of overseas labor employment, and general steps for implementing overseas compliance systems. Finally, Lawyer Liu Zhen provided professional answers to the practical questions raised by the participants.
This training has further enhanced the understanding of overseas compliance risks among employees in relevant positions, providing strong support for the company to improve its long-term compliance mechanism and achieve stable operations.
