At the meeting, heads of overseas institutions reported on the completion of work in the first half of the year, existing shortcomings, and work plans for the second half of the year. Chen Ruichun, the financial director, combined with the company's audit work in the first half of the year, made a detailed analysis of the problems existing in materials, funds, taxation, costs, system management and other aspects, and put forward work requirements.
After listening to the reports, Li Ruiguo, the general manager, comprehensively summarized the achievements and shortcomings of the International Branch. He pointed out that in the first half of the year, the International Branch closely focused on the annual work goals, made efforts to expand the market, strengthen project performance, and improve management efficiency, enabling the company to maintain a stable development trend in the complex international market environment. In the second half of the year, the company will focus on carrying out work in the following aspects: First, we should turn the blade inward, continue to improve the management level, optimize the management process, reduce operating costs, make every effort to expand the overseas market, actively seek new development opportunities, and strive to develop one high-quality country in both West Africa and the Caribbean regions, so as to inject new impetus into the company's sustainable development. Second, we should take the initiative to promote secondary operations, optimize the operation plan, rationally allocate resources, strengthen cost control and quality management, improve project profits, and ensure the projects are delivered as scheduled. Third, we should conduct scientific research and judgment, pay close attention to various safety risks in the process of project undertaking, establish and improve the safety risk prevention and control mechanism, strengthen safety management and supervision, and ensure the steady operation of the company's overseas business.
The International Branch will continue to anchor its goals, overcome difficulties, actively meet new environments and changes with full work enthusiasm and high morale, promote the successful completion of all tasks throughout the year, and strive to write a new chapter in the high-quality development of the company's overseas business.
