To help new employees quickly integrate into the company and lay a solid foundation for their career development, on July 25, Hi-speed Dejian International Branch held the 2025 new employees' orientation meeting. Members of the company's management team and heads of various departments and project departments attended the meeting.
At the meeting, new employees made self-introductions in turn, expressing their expectations for future work and life, as well as their firm determination to quickly integrate into the team, take root overseas, and work hard. They showed the vigorous youth vitality of the new generation. Sun Xuele, a representative of old employees, shared his work insights and growth experience since joining the company.
To help new employees grow, improve their professional skills, and align their career development goals with the company's development goals, the company implements a "dual mentors" guidance model, assigning professional skills mentors and comprehensive ability mentors to new employees. At the meeting, the signing ceremony for the comprehensive ability mentors and apprentices was held. After the meeting, the company will assign professional skills mentors to new employees according to work arrangements.
Members of the company's management team, combining their respective areas of responsibility and their own growth experiences, shared work experiences in overseas project management and professional and technical improvement, providing guidance for new employees in planning their career paths.
