Wu Junfeng, Director of the China-Africa Division of the Department of International Economic Cooperation, Ministry of Commerce, Inspects and Guides Shandong Hi-Speed Dejian's Foreign Aid Project

LOCAL TIME, OCTOBER 28 – Wu Junfeng, Director of the China-Africa Division of the Department of International Economic Cooperation under the Ministry of Commerce of China, leading a delegation, conducted an inspection and guidance visit to the foreign aid project – the National Examinations Authority of Congo – constructed by Shandong Hi-Speed Dejian Group. The visit was accompanied by He Peng, Commercial Counsellor of the Economic and Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy in the Republic of the Congo.

During the inspection, Director Wu Junfeng and her delegation visited the project site to observe the construction progress firsthand and received a work report from the construction technical team regarding project planning, quality, and safety management. She fully acknowledged the progress achieved by the project team and encouraged all personnel to persist in their efforts, striving for excellence with the aim of making the project another landmark symbolizing the friendship and cooperation between China and the Republic of the Congo. Regarding the next steps for project advancement, Director Wu outlined five key work directives:

Establish a dynamic schedule control mechanism to ensure seamless coordination between various work sequences, fully guaranteeing the successful achievement of critical milestones such as the intermediate acceptance and final completion inspections.

Secure the Material Supply Chain through Proactive Planning. Prioritize the sample approval and shipment of materials, providing a solid material foundation for the smooth progress of the project.

Fortify the Bottom Line of Safety Production, Demonstrating Humanistic Care. Always prioritize the personal safety of on-site construction personnel, effectively ensuring the life safety and physical health of every builder.
