On September 3 local time, the Liberia National Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Laboratory Project, undertaken by Shandong Hi-Speed Dejian Group, successfully passed its mid-term acceptance inspection.
The acceptance panel and on-site management team conducted thorough inspections of both construction quality and documentation. After extensive discussions, they unanimously concluded that the project meets construction specifications and quality standards, conforms to design and acceptance requirements, and agreed to approve the mid-term acceptance. The experts also provided constructive suggestions regarding relevant issues identified.
Yu Jing, Deputy Director of the Information Center of the Department of Outward Investment and Economic Cooperation of the Ministry of Commerce, and Zhang Yimin, Commercial Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Liberia, attended the mid-term acceptance meeting. After hearing the project briefing, they highly commended the inspection results and gave specific guidance on termite and salt fog prevention measures in the West African region, emphasizing the importance of ensuring protective measures are implemented to safeguard project quality.
Currently, Liberia is in its rainy season. The project team has maintained a strong balance between safety and production, ensuring no disruptions. Through meticulous planning, rigorous control, and scientific construction, the main structure has been successfully completed, laying a solid foundation for the next phase of work. Moving forward, the company will continue to strictly implement standardized management requirements for foreign aid projects, delivering the project to high standards and high quality. By achieving excellent project execution, we aim to contribute to the improvement of local medical and healthcare services and to the strengthening of China–Liberia and China–Africa friendship.
