Members of the company's Compensation and Performance Committee and relevant responsible persons attended the meeting, which was conducted in a combined online and offline format.
Twenty-four new employees successively delivered their work reports, focusing on their work achievements, existing problems and deficiencies, as well as future efforts and development directions. While conducting questions and in-depth exchanges with the new employees, members of the Compensation and Performance Committee and relevant responsible persons evaluated and scored them in aspects such as professional knowledge and skills, work attitude, communication and coordination capabilities, and teamwork spirit.
