【Abstracts】On January 14, Sun Dongliang, person in charge of infrastructure construction of Dezhou Linglong Tire Co., Ltd., and Li Delu, supervision representative of Luyan Engineering Technology Consulting Co., Ltd., paid a special visit to the construction site of the Wucheng Linglong Tire Project undertaken by Hi-Speed Dejian International Branch, and presented a silk banner inscribed with "Overcoming Hardships, Demonstrating State-owned Enterprise Responsibility, Striving for Excellence, and Delivering Craftsmanship Quality".

Sun Dongliang highly recognized the performance of Hi-Speed Dejian International Branch in the project construction. He stated that the project team has always adhered to the principle of quality first, strictly implemented safety management, and scientifically arranged the construction schedule. It has fully demonstrated professional construction capacity and efficient execution, ensuring the high-quality performance of the project contract. Xu Hongfeng expressed gratitude to Dezhou Linglong Tire Co., Ltd. for its recognition and support. He said that the International Branch will transform this trust into motivation, continuously strengthen project management, focus on construction details, complete the subsequent construction tasks to higher standards, and hopes to take this opportunity to further deepen the cooperation space between the two parties and achieve mutual development.
The project is located within the factory area of Dezhou Linglong Tire Co., Ltd., south of Beifang Street and north of Zhenhua Street in Wucheng County. The construction scope includes 1 warehouse, 1 workshop and 2 corridors. The structural system consists of portal steel frame and steel frame structures, adopting independent foundations, with a seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees, and a total construction area of 21,500 square meters. Upon completion, it will be used for the production of 10 million sets of high-performance semi-steel radial tires and 2 million sets of all-steel radial tires per year.
