On February 25, Hi-Speed Dejian International Branch held the special meeting on the "First Safety Lesson for Resuming Work" of 2026. Li Ruiguo, Secretary of the Party Branch and General Manager of the branch, gave the lecture of the "First Safety Lesson". Members of the company management team, employees at and above the deputy department level, person-in-charges of overseas institutions, and project managers of domestic project departments attended the meeting.
The meeting conveyed the spirit of the Group's 2026 "First Safety Lesson for Resuming Work" and the first meeting of the Work Safety Committee, read out the implementation plan of the "First Safety Lesson for Resuming Work" activity of the provincial housing and urban-rural construction system, and organized the watching of a safety production education and warning video. It also deployed the annual safety production tasks and signed the Work Safety Management Responsibility Letter with the relevant person-in-charges.
At the end of the meeting, Li Ruiguo put forward specific requirements for the safety production work in 2026: first, raise ideological awareness, deeply understand the importance of safety production work, always put safety in a prominent position, and keep the alarm ringing and the work firmly in hand at all times; second, strictly implement the safety production responsibility, improve the responsibility system, transmit pressure at all levels and implement responsibilities at every level to ensure that safety measures cover every link and every post; third, strengthen the whole-process risk control, conduct in-depth and detailed investigation of potential safety hazards, accurately identify potential risks, improve risk prevention and control measures, and fully ensure the steady and orderly progress of projects; fourth, improve the closed-loop management and control mechanism, accurately assess risk levels, scientifically formulate response strategies, and promote the formation of a positive cycle and continuous improvement of safety management.
All staff of the company must shoulder the safety responsibility, put it into action, effectively build a strong defense line for safety production, and lay a solid foundation for the sustained and stable improvement of the branch's safety production situation throughout the year.
