In order to further enhance the awareness of staff, especially the people overseas, for the understanding of Covid-19 and correctly protection from it, and improving the self psychological health management, Shandong Dejian International organized a training of ‘Covid-19Prevention & Control and Psychological Health Management under Epidemic’ in the afternoon of July 3rd in conference room 2311 of office block. The training consultant is Dr. Li Xiuhua who is the director of department of psychological health of Dezhou Second People’s Hospital. Over 100 staff participated in the training which is also lived broadcast online for the staff overseas.
In the training, Dr. Li explained four aspects of the basic knowledge of Covid-19, the main points of self epidemic prevention, common psychological problems during epidemic period and psychological adjustment in the context of the practical cases, and concluded that effective protection can protect us from the invasion of corona virus. As academician Zhong Nanshan said, ‘half of health is mental health, and half of disease is mental illness’, Dr. Li taught everyone how to effectively regulate emotion, action, cognition and communication, and put forward suggestions to cultivate interest points, have a good rest, eat reasonably, exercise properly and keep a happy mood. Then Dr. Li interacted with overseas staff online, and answered in detail the questions raised by them.
This training will enable Covid-19 to be correctly understood from a more professional perspective, and also enhance our awareness of self protection during the epidemic period, effectively helping the staff especially the people overseas to improve the psychological health management.
