Mr. Li Ruiguo made a summary for 2020 and arrangements for 2021. The report provides a comprehensive summary of the development of Dejian International’s overseas institutions and project departments in 2020, overcoming difficulties to expand market and promote contract performance, epidemic prevention and control,internal management system innovation, and pointed out the existing problems and challenges, and put forward the overall guidance of work in 2021 and deploy key tasks.
Mr. Zhou Zhenqi conveyed the spirit of the 2021 work conference of Dejian Holding and made a concluding speech. He pointed out that 2020 is extremely extraordinary. The worldwide spread of the Covid-19seriously impacted the operation of DejianInternational. Facing arduous tasks and the multiple pressures of the epidemic on overseas employees, under the correct guidance of theboard of directors of Dejian Holding, Dejian International worked togetherto withstand the pressure. On the basis of actively preventing and controlling the epidemic, the normal performance of projects was fully guaranteed, and important breakthroughs have been made in operation, especially in operating income and benefits.He representedthe board of directors of Dejian Holding to expressgratitude to all the staff of DejianInternationalfor their hardworking over the past year.
Finally, on behalf of DejianHolding, Mr. Zhou Zhenqi placed high hopes on the work of Dejian International in 2021 and put forward four requirements: First, we must continue to insist onthe epidemic prevention and control. The prevention and control of the epidemic is still the top priority of all future works. It is necessary to ensure the safety of overseas construction teams, and pay more attention to support and family services; Second, plan ahead for the reform of the mixed ownership. Dejian International is about to meet the test of the "mixed ownership reform", think ahead, prepare in advance, plan for follow-up work, and focus on how to use the platform of state-owned enterprises to achieve resource optimization and integration to better promote the two wings of the "one body, two wings";Third, use the Romanian platform to develop into new and high-end markets. The Romania branch has been deeply involved in Europe for many years, has achieved good results in the investment field, and has accumulated rich experience. The next focus is to learn from the development experience of the Romania branch, achieve internal resource integration, combine international investment and construction to make the company bigger and stronger; Fourth, seize opportunities andthe market. 2021 is destined for us to be a year of both opportunities and challenges.
