Located in Berrahal City, Annaba Province, Algeria, the project is invested by Algeria’s Directorate of Housing Improvement and listed as a key local livelihood project. It covers a total construction area of approximately 196,000 square meters, consisting of 76 five-storey residential buildings, auxiliary commercial facilities as well as municipal road and pipeline networks.
